These Marketplace Guidelines explain the standards expected from products, vendors, and listings on Naluxe.
Product standards
Products listed on Naluxe should be clear, well presented, and suitable for the marketplace.
Products should have:
- A clear product title
- Accurate product description
- Good product images
- Correct category placement
- Accurate pricing
- Clear shipping or fulfilment expectations
- Honest product details such as size, colour, material, and variations
Product images
Product images should be clean, clear, and not misleading. Images should show the product properly and should not confuse customers.
Naluxe may edit, reject, hide, or request replacement images if they do not meet marketplace standards.
Prohibited products
Naluxe does not allow products that are illegal, unsafe, stolen, counterfeit, misleading, or harmful.
Naluxe may reject or remove products that do not fit the marketplace or that create risk for customers, vendors, or the platform.
Vendor expectations
Vendors should communicate clearly, provide accurate product details, handle orders responsibly, and cooperate with Naluxe when support is needed.
Vendors should not mislead customers, copy other vendors, misuse customer information, or upload poor-quality listings.
Customer experience
Naluxe aims to give customers a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Product listings, checkout, delivery expectations, and support should be clear.
If a product, vendor, or order creates repeated issues, Naluxe may review, pause, or remove the listing or vendor account.
Listing review
Naluxe may review products before or after they are published. Product titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories, SEO details, and vendor information may be checked.
Naluxe may update, hide, reject, or request edits to listings that do not meet marketplace standards.
Marketplace protection
Naluxe may take action to protect customers, vendors, and the platform. This may include holding payouts, reviewing orders, removing products, pausing vendors, or requesting extra information.
