Naluxe works with selected vendors, independent brands, creators, and product suppliers who fit our marketplace.
Our vendor partnership process is designed to keep the platform clean, organised, and trustworthy for both customers and sellers.
- Vendor interest
A brand, creator, or supplier can contact Naluxe to express interest in becoming a vendor or collaboration partner.
Vendors should provide their brand name, website or social media link, product category, location, and a short description of what they sell.
- Review process
Naluxe reviews each vendor before approval. We may check product quality, product images, pricing, shipping approach, customer service, brand presentation, and whether the products fit the Naluxe marketplace.
- Product selection
Approved vendors may list selected products on Naluxe. Naluxe may review product titles, descriptions, images, categories, and pricing before products are made visible to customers.
- Customer orders
When customers place orders through Naluxe, the order details are processed through the marketplace. Vendors may be responsible for preparing, fulfilling, or supporting the order depending on the partnership setup.
- Payouts
Vendor payouts are reviewed and processed after the standard review period. This helps protect customers, vendors, and the marketplace from errors, refunds, disputes, or order issues.
- Ongoing partnership
Naluxe may continue working with vendors who provide reliable products, clear communication, good customer service, and a positive customer experience.
